Established enterprise · Privately held
Meridian Group Holdings
The parent enterprise holding the architecture, intellectual property, and operating ventures behind a governed technology estate.
The enterprise
Ownership and operation are deliberately separate.
Meridian holds what the enterprise owns: the architecture, the filings, the works of authorship, and the records that establish them. It does not sell, support, or operate.
That separation is not a formality — it is what makes the estate transferable, auditable, and defensible under scrutiny.
Commercial activity runs through the operating company. Products carry their own identity, their own evidence, and their own commercial boundaries.
Meridian frames and governs them; it does not absorb them. Each holding below is presented on its own terms, because that is how each is licensed.
Portfolio
Distinct enterprises and capabilities under one parent.
Iberion Holdings
Operating companyDevelops, governs, and licenses the technology estate. Holds every commercial relationship — assessment, pilot, licensing, embedded deployment, and managed operation. The front door for anything commercial.

Licensable technology · ProtectionAn application-neutral Internet protection architecture coordinating ten defensive responsibilities around one governed information journey. Licensed standalone or embedded, with evidence status recorded ring by ring.
Product site →CVI
Licensable technology · CoordinationCallosum Vector Integration. A relational-vector synchronisation and governed coordination fabric that arbitrates semantic recall against authoritative memory, so similarity never overrules what a system authoritatively knows.
Technology →BGC
Standalone module · GovernanceBehaviour Governance and Control, carrying SAIS — Standards as Implemented Service. Turns written standards into enforceable runtime behaviour. Held as a self-contained, portable module rather than a feature of any one platform.
Technology portfolio →MiraTV
Application environmentA production application carrying real customer traffic, in which selected technologies are integrated and exercised. An implementation and demonstration context — never the ownership boundary of any product it proves.

Governed as a structure, not assembled as a stack.
Meridian maintains the enterprise as a recorded structure — decisions, evidence states, and continuity — so that what the estate contains can be established rather than asserted.
Authority
Architecture decisions, commercial classification, and publication boundaries are recorded and owned. A decision that is not written down is not a decision.
Evidence
What is designed, built, validated, deployed, and production-proven are separate states. Nothing advances between them without a record, and no external statement may exceed the state on file.
Continuity
Filings, assignments, specifications, and operational history are retained so the estate survives changes of tooling, personnel, and platform.
Intellectual property
The register, stated exactly.
Filing status is described precisely. What has been filed is called filed; what has been prepared is called prepared; what is held as a trade secret is not listed at all.
Patents
Provisional · filed & assignedNine provisional applications filed, signed, and assigned to Meridian, with transfer records retained. Provisional applications are not published and confer no enforceable right until a corresponding non-provisional application is filed and granted.
Subject areas: cognitive substrate architecture and governed transformation · Callosum Vector Integration · context seed protocol · verifiable cognitive action loop · distributed database-native cognition · governed long-term memory · Inhibitor Governor Matrix · Supification lifecycle transformation.
Marks
Common law · applications preparedUsed as common-law marks. Applications have been drafted but are not on file, and none is registered. The ™ symbol indicates a claim, not a registration.
Works of authorship
Copyright · filedSeven software works filed, each with program description, architecture statement, statement of authorship, and source deposit: the MiraTV Android client, PHP backend, and ingest pipeline; CSA-PCDE stored procedures; database schemas; technical documentation; and interface design.
A further work is retained as a trade secret and is deliberately excluded from this register. Disclosing it here would defeat its protection.
Publications
Public writing, published on the record.
A continuing thought-leadership series issued publicly. Beyond its commercial purpose, it forms a dated public record of authorship and disclosure that stands alongside the filings in the register above.
Published book
A publicly released title, evidencing publication capability beyond the professional series.
Academic & doctoral papers
Research writing on governance, technology, media, and operating strategy.
White papers
Briefing papers prepared for licensing, partnership, and diligence conversations.
Creative works
Stage, series, and script properties held for development, protection, or adaptation.
Digital prospectus
A formal briefing on the enterprise.
The prospectus is Meridian's structured briefing for investors, prospective licensees, and technical reviewers. It sets out the corporate structure, the portfolio, the intellectual property register, the commercial paths, and the evidence position behind each recorded claim.
It is something Meridian offers — not what Meridian is. It is released on request and scoped to the question being asked.
Restricted
Evidence library
The substantiation behind recorded claims — test records, acceptance evidence, filings, and operational history. Held as controlled records rather than public documents, and released under agreement, scoped to a specific question.
